Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving pressure applied to specific points on the feet and hands which correspond to organs and systems within the body. Reflexology aims to restore balance, promote relaxation, improve mood and boost general wellbeing by stimulating the body’s own healing processes.
Reflexology can help balance hormones, making it ideal for fertility, pregnancy and menopausal symptoms, as well as relieving conditions such as backaches, headaches and recovery from injury. Most Clients report an improvement in sleep from their first treatment.

Workplace Reflexology
I have been involved with the organisation of many corporate wellness days over the years. I am very happy to now be able to offer these as a one-off event, alongside complementary practitioners, or a more regular visit, to help promote a positive workplace culture.
The benefits of an holistic practice such as Reflexology in the workplace, is that the timing of the treatment can be tailored to suit the time available and the recipients do not need to remove any clothing. This makes an ideal treatment for a lunch break treat.
Reflexology promotes wellbeing, alleviates tension, improves circulation and can reduce stress.

Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology has all the benefits of foot and hand reflexology - with the added bonus of
giving a relaxed, radiant and glowing complexion.
Your face will look and feel smoother as circulation is improved and muscle tension is reduced.
Clients have called it a “mini face-lift”. It can strengthen layers of the skin tissue and improve skin tone, smoothing and softening frown lines.

Your first treatment will start with a full consultation to determine any medical conditions, and so we can discuss your lifestyle and wellbeing, including and home or work factors that we might need to take into account.
